HOW TO FIND YOUR PHOTOS
THE BEST WAY TO FIND YOUR PHOTOS: Use the “Time of Activity” search button on the lefthand menu to search the time period that you were climbing (e.g. 8-9am).
IMPORTANT: There are “Stairwell” and “Finish Line” galleries, so please look in both.
Alternatively, search by using facial recognition. Upload a photo of your face. Please note that this search function might not work well for people wearing the BA masks.
COST
$7.90 for the first photo
$5.90 per photo after that
Please note that 10% of photo sales will be donated to Leukaemia and Blood Cancer New Zealand so that we can also support the cause that you are climbing for!
PROBLEM FINDING YOUR PHOTOS?
Try scrolling through both the ‘Stairwell’ and ‘Finish Line’ galleries.
If you know roughly what time you were climbing the stairs and crossing the finish line, then use the “Time of Activity” filter e.g. Search the ‘Stairwell’ folder at 8am-9am.
Try the Facial Recognition software. Click on any Gallery, then click Facial Recognition software and upload a selfie (or a clear photo of your face).
Bib recognition has not been used this year, due to the high number of obscured bibs, resulting in poor search results last year. Want bib recognition turned back on? Please let me (Bex) know, I would appreciate that feedback.
If you don’t have any success with any of the above options, please contact me (Bex) and I’ll see what I can do to help (info@bexcharteris.com or 020-44-777-00).
